A movie is inserted into the current paragraph when selecting the command Paragraph > New Movie.... You need to select a movie file in the Finder. The movie is copied to the document.
The movie can be scaled by a pinch gesture. It can be moved by dragging it to another location within the same paragraph. The movie can be opened and edited by double clicking onto the movie.
At the left-upper corner of the movie is a small menu icon which gives access to the commands to change the text flow and to export the movie. The menu command Export exports the movie, the menu commands Continuous Text Flow and Block Text Flow change the text flow around the movie. If the Text Flow is continuous the movie is either left or right aligned to the the paragraph border depending on to which it is closest moved to.
The command Position allows to precisely position and scale the movie within the paragraph.
A movie file can be dropped into a paragraph.
A movie can be copy-pasted into other paragraphs.
After selection the movie can be deleted with the command Paragraph > Delete Movie. The deletion is undoable
